Makenna has some new dance moves!

What we've been up to...

...swimming, swimming, swimming! I'm sure it will wear off at some point but right now we pretty much swim five times a week. I've found that it's way too hard to take pictures of the kids swimming since I'm swimming with them but I definitely need to get a picture of Bryker "floating" with his goggles on! It's hilarious.

We went to a place called Arizona Grand with our cousins.

Makenna loves the water. She only lasted in this spot for about five seconds.

We also found a new dessert spot - Yogurt Jungle. (Maybe not as good as Annette's Italian Ice, but close!)

(Makenna insists on having her own bowl and spoon. There is far too much screaming and grabbing if she doesn't get her own.)


We switched Makenna to the big kid car seat. She's loving her new ride. And I'm still adjusting to seeing her facing forward! What happened to my baby???

I wanted to get a cute picture of her in this little dress but no such luck! (Maybe Brother was a little too distracting?!)

The B-Man and his sayings

Uncle Blaine gave Bryker his nickname a while ago. It's especially funny to hear Bryker say things like, "B-man doesn't like that."

I also like when he tries to reason with me and at the end he sighs and says, "That doesn't make any sense."

But my very favorite thing Bryker says right now is when he does something naughty: "But Moooooooooom, I'm the bad Spiderman."


Even though sometimes he is the bad Spiderman, this kid is definitely growing up. The tantrums are phasing out and he actually listens to me every now and then! He has also become really helpful around the house and with entertaining his sister. Hmmmmm...there is hope!!
